Shipping
Enjoy free standard Australia wide shipping on all orders over $60. Orders under $60 will incur a $5 shipping fee.
International Shipping
To keep costs as low and consistent as possible for our international customers, we have a flat rate of $19.00AUD for all international orders. All of our products are available for shipping and purchase worldwide.
Please be mindful that some countries have taxes and customs charges, we cannot take any responsibility for these charges incurred on the arrival of your parcel.
Shipping FAQ’s
Q: What do I do if my parcel has not arrived on schedule?
A: We include a tracking number with each order which will be sent to your email address or phone number when your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to see the status of your order and follow up with the shipping courier if you have any questions or concerns.
Sometimes items can take longer to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances. This could be due to COVID-19, strikes, peak holiday season or clearing in customs to name a few.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at woof@dachavenue.com. Please note: you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the original item.
When shipping your items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take any responsibility for items which we do not receive.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
We have a very strict inspection policy before shipping out any item, so in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we want to know as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to leaving our store. We do not offer an exchange, repair or refund on items that are considered general wear and tear.
